Thai Printing Dyeing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984 as a joint venture between Thai and Hong Kong shareholders. The company began as a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) providing hand-printed fabrics for both piece goods and yardage. During the first three years, technicians from Hong Kong were brought in to transfer printing techniques, resulting in increased skills and expertise.
Driven by the quality of its products and services, the business expanded rapidly to meet growing demand. The company expanded its service capabilities by investing in the expansion of its factory building and introducing a renowned Swiss flat screen printing machine, followed by a second one. At that time, the company had over 100 employees and a production capacity of around 500,000 yards per month. Its customers included both domestic and international brands, mostly garment factories exporting to countries such as the United States, Japan, and various European countries.
The company provides contract printing services for a variety of designs provided by customers, whether in the form of design files, hand-drawn patterns, or sample fabrics. Drawing on its experience, the company has refined its work processes to enhance quality and reduce potential problems, resulting in even better work. It uses machinery and chemicals that it knows well and is proficient in, focusing on attention to detail, regardless of whether the job is small or difficult, at a price that is commensurate with the quality of the work. The company is aware of its social responsibility and is committed to being environmentally friendly, reducing energy waste, and minimizing the use of consumable parts.
The company is committed to further developing itself by implementing a quality management system to improve its production processes, raise product quality, and build its potential to become a leading contract printing company both domestically and internationally. Its success in quality management has led to the company being awarded ISO 9002 certification from RW TÜV Germany, a quality assurance organization, for fabric printing in 1999. The company has also continuously adapted this standard to remain relevant and up-to-date.
The company’s working policy is based on the following principles:
- Cleanliness of the workplace and surrounding areas
- Discipline in the work of all departments
- Punctuality in job delivery
- Honesty with customers in explaining the quality of the products produced
- Providing assistance and advice to customers when they experience problems with products
All of this is done to ensure that the services and products provided are of the highest quality and to maximize customer satisfaction for all customers who trust and use the company’s services. The company continues to develop relentlessly to enhance its work capabilities and create new things on an ongoing basis. In terms of infant garment safety, the company chooses to use safe dyes and chemicals that have been tested by a German company and have received continuous certification for several years.
